Adaptive Plans Inc. strives to provide high-quality premade blueprints and excellent customer service. We understand that purchasing digital products such as blueprints for garages, workshops, barns, carriage homes, garden suites, and single-family homes requires careful consideration. Therefore, we have established the following Refund and Returns Policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction:
Digital Product Nature:
All the house plans sold by Adaptive Plans Inc. are digital and delivered electronically. Once a customer has purchased and downloaded a blueprint, it cannot be physically returned. As such, refunds are subject to certain conditions and limitations outlined below.
Refund Eligibility:
Adaptive Plans Inc. offers refunds only in the following circumstances:
a. Technical Issues: If the downloaded blueprint is defective or corrupted, preventing its proper use or rendering it unusable, we will provide a full refund. Customers must notify us of any technical issues within seven (7) days of purchase and provide adequate documentation and evidence to support their claim.
b. Duplicate Purchases: If a customer accidentally purchases duplicate blueprints for the same project, we will issue a refund for the duplicate purchase(s). The customer must notify us within seven (7) days of the duplicate purchase, providing relevant details to verify the duplicate transaction.
Non-Refundable Items and Services:
The following items and services are non-refundable:
a. Customized or Modified Blueprints: Blueprints that have been customized or modified to meet specific customer requirements are non-refundable. This includes any alterations made to the original design or content at the customer’s request.
b. Consultation Services: Any consultation services provided by Adaptive Plans Inc., including but not limited to architectural advice, project guidance, and design recommendations, are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at support@adaptivehouseplans.com within the specified timeframes mentioned in this policy. Refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and Adaptive Plans Inc. reserves the right to verify the claim’s validity before processing any refund.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. If this method is not feasible, alternative refund arrangements may be made at the discretion of Adaptive Plans Inc.
Product Revisions and Updates:
Adaptive Plans Inc. reserves the right to revise and update blueprints periodically to ensure their accuracy and compliance with current industry standards. If a customer has previously purchased a blueprint and an updated version becomes available, it will not be provided free of charge. Customers may choose to purchase the updated version separately.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased blueprint meets their specific requirements, including compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning restrictions. Adaptive Plans Inc. cannot be held liable for any issues arising from the customer’s failure to review and assess the blueprint’s suitability for its intended purpose.
By purchasing Adaptive House Plans, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.
